I didn't receive my purchase!

Purchases with real money are usually delivered instantly. But sometimes, it may take a bit longer. When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try and purchase the same pack again - it should arrive soon!
If you still haven’t received the purchase within 24 hours, please check your bank account if the transaction did actually happen.
If your account was charged, but you didn't receive the purchase, please, contact iTunes support. All payments made toward the game are processed by Apple. You can reach them right here.
If your purchase was made through Google or Facebook, and you haven’t received your order after more than 24 hours, please contact us with a screenshot of your order receipt. The transaction ID (looks like this for Google Play - GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) should be visible on the screenshot.
