For iOS and Android devices
If you have sent us a message in Zombie Motors on an Android or iOS device, it'll create a new ticket in our database. You can check all of your tickets by clicking in the upper-right corner in the Help menu, accessible from the game Settings.
What if I have written you an email?
If you have sent us an email using a web-form or directly at our email, the answer will be sent to the email address you've entered in the form.
